How Scupe Pricing Works (Per Website)

Scupe pricing is structured per website, meaning each connected site is treated as its own product. Here’s what that means:

  • Separate Subscription: Each website has its own subscription plan.

  • Free Profile Limit: Each website starts with its own 25-profile freemium limit.

  • Individual Script: Each site has its own tracking script.

  • Independent Billing: Each website has its own billing cycle.

  • Upgrades Are Site-Specific: Upgrading one website does not upgrade your other websites.

Tip: Manage each website individually to maximize tracking and unlock unlimited visitor profiles where needed.

Understanding the 25-Profile Free Limit

When a website reaches its 25 profile limit, the following occurs:

  • Data Feed Pause: No new visitor profiles will populate once the 25 limit is reached.

  • Webhooks Pause: Webhooks will not send new profile data once the 25 limit is reached.

  • Additional Profiles Lost: Visitor profiles will not be collected, saved or synced for later after upgrade—they are permanently lost.

  • Existing Profile Data Remains: All 25 previously collected visitors remain intact and accessible in your data feed.

  • Other Websites Continue Normally: If you have other websites, they function separately on their own. Other connected websites will continue collecting and processing visitor data as usual with the same functionality as above.

Tip: Upgrade your plan to resume collecting new profiles immediately and prevent loss of additional data.

How to Upgrade a Website

Follow these steps to upgrade your website and unlock unlimited visitor profiles:

  • Go to Your Profile Menu: Click on your user menu in the top-right corner of the dashboard.

  • Click Billing: Navigate to the Billing section.

  • Choose Plan & Pricing: Select the website you want to upgrade.

  • Click Subscribe: Choose the paid plan from the pop-up window.

  • Complete Checkout: Enter your payment information and finalize the purchase.

Instant Activation: Your upgraded plan is active immediately after checkout.

Easier Alternative: On your dashboard, you may see a banner indicating you are on the freemium plan. Click the button in that banner and select your upgraded plan from the pop-up and complete the process.

Managing Payment Methods

Keeping your payment information up to date ensures your subscription and data feeds continue without interruption. Follow these steps to update your credit or debit card:

  • Click on your User Menu in the top-right corner and select Billing.

  • Navigate to Billing Deatils.

  • Locate the Payment Methods section.

  • Enter your new credit or debit card information.

  • Confirm your changes to ensure your payment method is updated.

Important: Issues with your payment method may cause your website’s data feed and integrations to pause until the payment is successfully processed. Make sure your payment information is current to avoid any disruption.

How to Access Past Invoices

You can access all your past invoices directly from your Scupe account. Follow these steps:

  • Go to Billing: Click on your user menu in the top-right corner of the dashboard and select Billing.

  • Open My Invoices: From the Billing page, click My Invoices to view your full invoice history.

What You Can Do:

  • View Invoice History: See all your past payments, including dates, amounts, and plan details.

  • Download PDFs: Download any invoice as a PDF for your records or accounting purposes.

Note: All invoices are stored securely and can be accessed at any time while your account is active.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

Follow these steps to cancel or downgrade your subscription to the free plan:

  • Go to Plans & Billing: Log in to your Scupe account and navigate to the Plans & Billing section.

  • Select “Choose Plan”: In the Action column of your current plan, click the CHOOSE PLAN button.

  • Downgrade to Freemium: Select the Freemium Plan. This will immediately downgrade your account to the free plan.

  • Confirm: Once downgraded, you will no longer be charged, and your subscription benefits will revert to the freemium limits at the end of your current billing period.

Note: Your account will remain active, and your data will be retained according to Scupe’s data retention policy. You can upgrade again at any time.
