3. Prohibited Use

You may NOT use Scupe data to:

• Circumvent privacy rights or opt-out mechanisms

B. Engage in Harmful or Deceptive Practices

• Send misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive communications

• Misrepresent your identity or intent

C. Use Data for Restricted Purposes

You may not use Scupe data for:

• Credit eligibility decisions
• Employment screening
• Insurance underwriting
• Housing decisions
• Healthcare or medical profiling

D. Resell or Redistribute Data

You may NOT:

• Sell, rent, or sublicense Scupe data
• Share data with third parties outside your organization
• Publish or expose data publicly

E. Build Competing Products

You may NOT:

• Use Scupe data to build, train, or enhance a competing dataset or service
• Aggregate or extract data for resale or replication

F. Attempt to Reverse Engineer the Platform

You may NOT:

• Attempt to identify underlying data sources
• Reverse engineer or replicate Scupe technology

4. Data Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring proper legal use of data
• Maintaining compliant privacy disclosures
• Honoring opt-outs and user rights
• Obtaining required consents

5. Enforcement

Scupe reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate access to Services
• Restrict data access
• Investigate suspected misuse

If we determine that you have violated this Policy, we may take action without prior notice.

Scupe does not provide legal advice. You are responsible for consulting your own legal counsel regarding your obligations.
